The other image is Racheal Ray Cucina’s non-stick cookware pot, which only has an aluminum exterior and interior.
The aluminum of both cookware is high-quality and durable. However, if you want to add a touch of classic cookware to your kitchen, you should select Paula Deen cookware.
Heat Testing
The cookware base can affect the overall cooking experience easily. If the base isn’t strong, can’t conduct heat and provide it consistently, forget about tasty food. This is why I’ve done deep research about the cookware base of Paula Deen and Rachael Ray’s non-stick cookware.
Both cookware set bases are made of aluminum, which is an excellent heat conductor and retainer, but the issue is Paula Deen also has a porcelain enameled exterior. Due to this, it’s not recommended to use the cookware on high heat as it can easily damage the exterior of the cookware.
